More Three-Tier Jewellery Boxes

I’ve just finished working on this batch of three-tier jewellery boxes. Some were made to order and have already sold but these two are still available at the time or writing this.

The first jewellery box is made from Jarrah and has a veneered lid of Silver Silkwood crotch. The mitre keys and the stringing around the lid is Huon Pine. The interior lining and trays are Blackbutt which gives the box a certain brightness on the inside.

The second jewellery box is made from Tasmanian Blackwood with a figured Messmate veneered lid. The mitre keys, stringing around the lid, and the inside trays and lining are all Rock Maple.

These three-tier jewellery boxes have two removable trays each, the bottom one having customisable and removable partitions which are friction-fit, and the top one having a ring partition which can hold seven rings as well as two large empty sections to hold larger jewellery items.

The bottom of each box also has customisable partitions where the partition walls can be removed to fit larger items.

The hinges on these three-tier jewellery boxes are solid brass with in-built stays to hold the lid open at 95 degrees, and the boxes both sit on small leather pads at each corner to protect the surface they’re sitting on and not slide around.

Both boxes measure L266mm x W186mm x H122mm.
