Refund policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you made the purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging (including the wooden crate if the item came in one) and in an unused condition (without scratches and fingerprints), unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Downloadable software products or downloadable plans or patterns are exempt from being refunded.
To complete your refund, we require the invoice number, your full name and date of purchase.

Australia - Include with the returned item, a note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Items won't be accepted for return or exchange if they have been used, scratched, damaged or altered in any way.
Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different one (restocking fee may apply). You will be required to cover postage costs, both for the return of your original item and the posting of your new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item please get in contact with us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.
